Nestled in one of the most scenic areas of the heart of the bluegrass state, our facilities are among the finest available. From the moment you begin planning until your event’s final toast, our experienced staff will ensure everything runs smoothly and exceeds your expectations.

We proudly offer:

• Customizable Menus – Featuring only the highest quality meats, cheeses, and gourmet desserts

• Versatile Dining Options – Choose from breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a golf outing to complement your day

• Elegant Event Spaces – Including our private Dining Room and the spacious Homeowners Clubhouse

Our Dining Room offers an intimate, secluded setting ideal for smaller, more personal gatherings. The Homeowners Clubhouse provides a larger space perfect for receptions or corporate functions. Both spaces feature access to our full-service bar, which offers a wide selection of premium beverages to suit every palate.

Rental Fees:

• Dining Room: $250

• Homeowners Clubhouse: $500

Additional Details:

• An 18% service charge and 6% sales tax will be applied to all events

• All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed on-site, per Kentucky state law

• Bartender fee: $75 (required for events serving alcohol)

• All alcohol must be served by Bardstown Country Club staff; outside catering is not permitted

• The Club reserves the right to enforce state laws regarding alcohol service
